Electricity fees are waived if registering for 3 or more Expos. This form is binding. If you register for an Expo and need to cancel, a full refund will be issued if written notice is given prior to 45 days of that Expo. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations between 30 and 45 days of the event. In either case, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the event. If for any reason event organizers determine there is a need to change the location or reschedule an expo, no refund will be provided but your registration will be rolled over to the new event date. Thank you.
